The automated forwarding of business emails is prohibited for legal reasons
(General Data Protection Regulation and Act on the Protection of Trade Secrets) - see also the explanations on the information security policy.
However, the Rectorate has approved exceptions for automatic forwarding to the following domains and their subdomains (universities and colleges in Austria, participations and cooperations of TU Graz as well as in the public sector of Austria).

Almost all modern email clients allow several accounts to be integrated into
the email client, and some email programs can also create "virtual inboxes"
so that you do not even notice that you are working with several accounts.
The difference to forwarding: The emails remain on the TU Graz server (they
are only displayed in your email client),
which means that no legal infringements by TU Graz take place.
